附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1980; provided, however, that the provision of Article 1 amending the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act by deleting Article 2, item (v)-2 comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、昭和五十五年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法施行令第二条第五号の二を削る改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1980.
昭和五十五年七月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
