附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 1977.
この政令は、昭和五十二年八月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before July 1977.
昭和五十二年七月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
