附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on October 1, 1976; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、昭和五十一年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension (including old-age special benefits) for the months on or before September 1976.
昭和五十一年九月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金（老齢特別給付金を含む。）の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
