Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act, etc.

With regard to benefits for persons who, on the day before the date of application, were actually subject to Article 4, items (v) through (vii) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act prior to amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article, being benefits pertaining to the provisions of that Cabinet Order and benefits specified by Order of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
