附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Articles 6 and 6-2 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply to the suspension of payment of disability welfare pensions, mother-and-child welfare pensions, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pensions and old-age welfare pensions based on income for 1962 and subsequent years.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の第六条及び第六条の二の規定は、昭和三十七年以降の年の所得による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用する。
