Advance payment of premiums under Article 93, paragraph (1) of the Act is to be made, for the period specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in units of six months or a year; provided, however, that where the premiums for the whole of the period specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (excluding those already paid in advance) are paid in advance together, it is not required to be made in units of six months or a year.
法第九十三条第一項の規定による保険料の前納は、厚生労働大臣が定める期間につき、六月又は年を単位として、行うものとする。ただし、厚生労働大臣が定める期間のすべての保険料（既に前納されたものを除く。）をまとめて前納する場合においては、六月又は年を単位として行うことを要しない。
