Article 6-3Property Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 36-4, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第六条の三（法第三十六条の四第一項の政令で定める財産）
The property specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 36-4, paragraph (1) of the Act is rice paddies and fields, residential land, or houses used to maintain the main means of livelihood, or other property specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
法第三十六条の四第一項に規定する政令で定める財産は、主たる生業の維持に供する田畑、宅地、家屋又は厚生労働大臣が定めるその他の財産とする。
