Article 14-26Replacement of Terms Where the Provisions of Article 9-4-9, Paragraphs (6) through (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Apply Mutatis Mutandis
第十四条の二十六（法附則第九条の四の九第六項から第八項までの規定を準用する場合の読替え）
In the case where the provisions of Article 9-4-9, paragraphs (6) through (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act apply mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 9-4-11, paragraph (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, in those paragraphs, the phrase "payment of the special premium is made under the provisions of paragraph (3)" is deemed to be replaced with "payment is made of the premium for which retroactive payment is permitted under the provisions of Article 9-4-11, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions", the phrase "paid the special premium under the provisions of paragraph (3)" is deemed to be replaced with "paid the premium for which retroactive payment is permitted under the provisions of Article 9-4-11, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions", and the phrase "Article 9-4-9, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 9-4-11, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions".
法附則第九条の四の十一第六項において法附則第九条の四の九第六項から第八項までの規定を準用する場合には、同項中「第三項の規定により特例保険料」とあるのは「附則第九条の四の十一第三項の規定により追納をすることができるものとされた保険料」と、「附則第九条の四の九第三項」とあるのは「附則第九条の四の十一第三項」と読み替えるものとする。
