第五十八条（老齢厚生年金の支給開始年齢等の特例）
For a woman listed in the upper column of Appended Table 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "60 years of age" in Article 8, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act is deemed to be replaced as shown in the lower column of that table, respectively; provided, however, that this does not apply to a person who does not fall under Article 12, paragraph (1), item (ii) or item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions.
女子であつて附則別表第六の上欄に掲げる者については、厚生年金保険法附則第八条第一号中「六十歳」とあるのは、それぞれ同表の下欄のように読み替えるものとする。ただし、附則第十二条第一項第二号又は第四号に該当しない者については、この限りでない。
A person who falls under any of Article 12, paragraph (1), items (v) through (vii) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed, for the purpose of the application of the provisions of Article 7-3, paragraph (1), item (iii), Article 8-2, paragraph (3), Article 9-4, paragraphs (1), (4) and (6), Article 11-3, paragraph (3) and Article 13-5, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and Article 15, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1994 Amendment Act, to have a combined period of the period as an insured who is an underground worker and the period as an insured who is a mariner, as prescribed in those provisions, of 15 years or more.
附則第十二条第一項第五号から第七号までのいずれかに該当する者は、厚生年金保険法附則第七条の三第一項第三号、第八条の二第三項、第九条の四第一項、第四項及び第六項、第十一条の三第三項並びに第十三条の五第七項並びに平成六年改正法附則第十五条第一項及び第三項の規定の適用については、これらの規定に規定する坑内員たる被保険者であつた期間と船員たる被保険者であつた期間とを合算した期間が十五年以上であるものとみなす。
