附 則
This Act comes into effect on May 1, 1957.
この法律は、昭和三十二年五月一日から施行する。
With regard to the collection of insurance premiums for months on or before April 1957, the provisions then in force continue to govern; provided, however, that this does not preclude the application of the provisions of Article 86, paragraphs (1), (4) and (5) as amended by this Act.
昭和三十二年四月以前の月に係る保険料の徴収については、なお従前の例による。ただし、この法律による改正後の第八十六条第一項、第四項及び第五項の規定の適用を妨げない。
