附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1955.
この法律は、昭和三十年七月一日から施行する。
The phrase "8 sen" in the provisions of the following Acts is amended to "6 sen":
次に掲げる法律の規定中「八銭」を「六銭」に改める。

The provisions of the Acts listed in the items of the preceding paragraph, after amendment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, apply to delinquency charges collected after this Act comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions then in force continue to govern delinquency charges, in whole or in part, corresponding to periods before this Act comes into effect.
