附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
A decision on the right to receive insurance benefits or any other disposition that, after this Act comes into effect, is to be made by the Director-General of the Social Insurance Agency, and that was made by the Minister of Health and Welfare before this Act comes into effect, is deemed to be a decision on the right to receive insurance benefits or other disposition made by the Director-General of the Social Insurance Agency.
この法律の施行後は社会保険庁長官が行なうこととなる保険給付を受ける権利の裁定その他の処分であつて、この法律の施行前に厚生大臣が行なつたものは、社会保険庁長官が行なつた保険給付を受ける権利の裁定その他の処分とみなす。
An application, notification or other act that, after this Act comes into effect, is to be made to the Director-General of the Social Insurance Agency, and that has actually been made to the Minister of Health and Welfare at the time this Act comes into effect, is deemed to be an application, notification or other act made to the Director-General of the Social Insurance Agency.
この法律の施行後は社会保険庁長官に対して行なうこととなる申請、届出その他の行為であつて、この法律の施行の際現に厚生大臣に対して行なわれているものは、社会保険庁長官に対して行なわれている申請、届出その他の行為とみなす。
