Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on January 1, 2013; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成二十五年一月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions in Article 6 amending Articles 2 and 3 and Article 4, item (xi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems: whichever is the latest of the date of promulgation of this Act, the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act and the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 97 of 2012), and the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, etc. (Act No. 98 of 2012).
第六条中被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第二条、第三条及び第四条第十一号の改正規定 この法律の公布の日、地方公務員等共済組合法及び被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成二十四年法律第九十七号）の公布の日又は私立学校教職員共済法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十四年法律第九十八号）の公布の日のうち最も遅い日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十一条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
