Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
The provisions of this Act come into effect on the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set forth in those items:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 22-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 92 of 1973; hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 92"): the date of promulgation;
第三条中厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十八年法律第九十二号。以下「法律第九十二号」という。）附則第二十二条の二の改正規定 公布の日
the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 and Articles 4 through 6 of the Supplementary Provisions: August 1, 1975;
