Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1966.
この法律は、昭和四十一年七月一日から施行する。

第十九条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of a disability pension whose payment is, at the time of enforcement of this Act, currently suspended pursuant to the provisions of Article 54 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Former Employees' Pension Insurance Act") on the ground that the beneficiary of the disability pension has acquired the right to receive payment of class 2 disability compensation under the provisions of Article 13 of the Former Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the amendment of the provisions of Article 54 of the Former Employees' Pension Insurance Act. The same applies to the payment of a pension for surviving family whose payment is, at the time of enforcement of this Act, currently suspended pursuant to the provisions of Article 64 of the Former Employees' Pension Insurance Act on the ground that payment of compensation for surviving family under the provisions of Article 15 of the Former Act is to be made.
障害年金の受給権者が旧法第十三条の規定による第二種障害補償の支給を受ける権利を取得したことによりこの法律の施行の際現に前条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法（以下この条において「旧厚生年金保険法」という。）第五十四条の規定によりその支給が停止されている障害年金の支給については、同条の規定の改正にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。旧法第十五条の規定による遺族補償の支給が行なわれるべきものであることによりこの法律の施行の際現に旧厚生年金保険法第六十四条の規定によりその支給が停止されている遺族年金の支給についても、同様とする。
While the payment of a disability pension or pension for surviving family is suspended pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 65, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 79-2, paragraph (6) of that Act) do not apply to that disability pension or pension for surviving family.
前項の規定により障害年金又は遺族年金の支給が停止されている間は、当該障害年金又は遺族年金については、国民年金法第六十五条第二項（同法第七十九条の二第六項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定を適用しない。
A disability pension whose payment is, at the time of enforcement of this Act, currently suspended pursuant to the provisions of Article 54 of the Former Employees' Pension Insurance Act on the ground that the beneficiary of the disability pension has acquired the right to receive payment of class 1 disability compensation under the provisions of Article 13 of the Former Act is to be paid starting with the portion for the month that includes the date of enforcement of this Act, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
障害年金の受給権者が旧法第十三条の規定による第一種障害補償の支給を受ける権利を取得したことによりこの法律の施行の際現に旧厚生年金保険法第五十四条の規定によりその支給が停止されている障害年金は、厚生年金保険法第三十六条第二項の規定にかかわらず、この法律の施行の日の属する月分から支給するものとする。
