第十四条（老齢厚生年金の支給要件等の特例）
Among persons who have an insured period, a person whose period obtained by adding together the person's premium-paid period, premium-exemption period and the credited period prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "credited period") is 10 years or more is deemed to fall under Article 42, item (ii) for the purpose of applying Article 42, and Article 7-3, paragraph (1), Article 8, Article 13-4, paragraph (1), Article 28-3, paragraph (1) and Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions; and among persons who have an insured period, a person whose period obtained by adding together the person's premium-paid period, premium-exemption period and credited period, and the insured period on or after the month that includes the day on which the person reaches the age of 65 is 25 years or more is deemed, for the purpose of applying Article 58, paragraph (1) (limited to item (iv)) and Article 28-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, to have a period obtained by adding together the premium-paid period and the premium-exemption period of 25 years or more.
被保険者期間を有する者のうち、その者の保険料納付済期間、保険料免除期間及び国民年金法附則第九条第一項に規定する合算対象期間（以下この条において「合算対象期間」という。）を合算した期間が十年以上である者は、第四十二条並びに附則第七条の三第一項、第八条、第十三条の四第一項、第二十八条の三第一項及び第二十九条第一項の規定の適用については、第四十二条第二号に該当するものとみなし、被保険者期間を有する者のうち、その者の保険料納付済期間、保険料免除期間及び合算対象期間並びに六十五歳に達した日の属する月以後の被保険者期間を合算した期間が二十五年以上である者は、第五十八条第一項（第四号に限る。）及び附則第二十八条の四第一項の規定の適用については、保険料納付済期間と保険料免除期間とを合算した期間が二十五年以上であるものとみなす。
The provisions of Article 9, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act apply mutatis mutandis to the calculation of the credited period.
国民年金法附則第九条第二項の規定は、合算対象期間の計算について準用する。
