Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding nine months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 82Adjustment Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Road Transport Vehicle Amendment Act
第八十二条（車両法改正法の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the Effective Date is on or after the date on which the Road Transport Vehicle Amendment Act comes into effect, in Article 33 of the Supplementary Provisions the phrase "the proviso to Article 102, paragraph (4)" is deemed to be replaced with "the proviso to Article 102, paragraph (5)", the phrase "through item (xiii) or of the preceding paragraph" with "through item (xii), paragraph (2) or pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph", and the phrase "paragraph (5) of that Article" with "paragraph (6) of that Article", and in Article 62 of the Supplementary Provisions the phrase "item (xiii)" is deemed to be replaced with "item (xii)", the phrase "and paragraph (2) of that Article" with "of the fee, of the person prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article under that paragraph and paragraph (3) of that Article", the phrase "paragraph (3) of that Article" with "paragraph (4) of that Article", and the phrase "the proviso to paragraph (4) of that Article" with "the proviso to paragraph (5) of that Article", and the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the provisions amending the provisions amending Article 102 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act in Article 2 of the Road Transport Vehicle Amendment Act and the provisions amending the provisions amending Article 213, paragraph (2), item (i), (b) of the Act on Special Accounts in Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Road Transport Vehicle Amendment Act) do not apply.
施行日が車両法改正法の施行の日以後である場合には、附則第三十三条中「第百二条第四項ただし書」とあるのは「第百二条第五項ただし書」と、「第十三号まで若しくは前項の」とあるのは「第十二号まで、第二項若しくは前項の規定による」と、「同条第五項」とあるのは「同条第六項」と、附則第六十二条中「第十三号」とあるのは「第十二号」と、「及び同条第二項」とあるのは「の手数料、同条第二項に規定する者の同項及び同条第三項」と、「同条第三項」とあるのは「同条第四項」と、「同条第四項ただし書」とあるのは「同条第五項ただし書」とし、前条（車両法改正法第二条のうち道路運送車両法第百二条の改正規定の改正規定及び車両法改正法附則第二十一条のうち特別会計に関する法律第二百十三条第二項第一号ロの改正規定の改正規定に限る。）の規定は、適用しない。
