The provisions of Article 61, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the New Road Transport Vehicle Act (limited to the part relating to two-wheeled small-sized motor vehicles) apply to a motor vehicle for which a motor vehicle inspection certificate has been issued for the first time, on or after the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, pursuant to Article 60, paragraph (1) or Article 71, paragraph (4) of the New Road Transport Vehicle Act.
