Supplementary Provisions, Article 8
第八条
A disposition, procedure or other act carried out before this Act comes into effect under the provisions of the Former Act or orders based thereon, for which the New Act or orders based thereon contain corresponding provisions, is, except for those prescribed in Articles 2 and 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, deemed to have been carried out under the corresponding provisions of the New Act or orders based thereon.
