Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
With regard to a disposition of suspension of issuance under Article 94-8, paragraph (1) of the New Act, or of revocation of designation, against a designated motor vehicle maintenance business operator that, at the time this Act comes into effect, actually holds designation pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern as to grounds that arose before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に旧法第九十四条の二第一項の規定により指定を受けている指定自動車整備事業者に対する新法第九十四条の八第一項の規定による交付の停止の処分又は指定の取消しに関しては、この法律の施行前に生じた事由については、なお従前の例による。
