Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 11, Articles 17 through 20, Article 27, Article 29, Article 30, Articles 36 through 36-3 and Article 39, the provisions adding three Articles after Article 63, the provisions amending Article 74-3 (excluding the part pertaining to Article 71-2, paragraph (2)), the provisions amending Article 81, Article 84, Article 94-9, Article 98, Article 106 and Article 106-2, the provisions amending Article 107 (limited to the part replacing "200,000 yen" with "300,000 yen" and the parts deleting ", Article 17, paragraph (3)" and "verification," in item (i) of that Article), the provisions amending Article 108, the provisions amending Article 109 (excluding the part pertaining to item (vii)), the provisions amending Article 110, and the provisions amending Article 112 (excluding the part pertaining to paragraph (1), item (ii)), and the provisions of Articles 2, 5, 8 through 10 and 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第十一条、第十七条から第二十条まで、第二十七条、第二十九条、第三十条、第三十六条から第三十六条の三まで及び第三十九条の改正規定、第六十三条の次に三条を加える改正規定、第七十四条の三の改正規定（第七十一条の二第二項に係る部分を除く。）、第八十一条、第八十四条、第九十四条の九、第九十八条、第百六条及び第百六条の二の改正規定、第百七条の改正規定（「二十万円」を「三十万円」に改める部分並びに同条第一号中「、第十七条第三項」を削る部分及び「検認、」を削る部分に限る。）、第百八条の改正規定、第百九条の改正規定（第七号に係る部分を除く。）、第百十条の改正規定並びに第百十二条の改正規定（第一項第二号に係る部分を除く。）並びに附則第二条、第五条、第八条から第十条まで及び第十二条の規定は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
