第三十五条（不法行為等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the restriction on the period in the case where the period prescribed in the second sentence of Article 724 of the Former Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 934, paragraph (3) of the Former Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 936, paragraph (3), Article 947, paragraph (3), Article 950, paragraph (2), and Article 957, paragraph (2) of the Former Act)) had already elapsed at the time of the enforcement of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧法第七百二十四条後段（旧法第九百三十四条第三項（旧法第九百三十六条第三項、第九百四十七条第三項、第九百五十条第二項及び第九百五十七条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する期間がこの法律の施行の際既に経過していた場合におけるその期間の制限については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 724-2 of the New Act do not apply where the prescription prescribed in the first sentence of Article 724 of the Former Act for a claim for damages by tort had already been completed at the time of the enforcement of this Act.
新法第七百二十四条の二の規定は、不法行為による損害賠償請求権の旧法第七百二十四条前段に規定する時効がこの法律の施行の際既に完成していた場合については、適用しない。
