第三十六条（遺言執行者の報酬に関する経過措置）
With regard to the remuneration of a person who became an executor before the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 648, paragraph (3) and Article 648-2 of the New Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 1018, paragraph (2) of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に遺言執行者となった者の報酬については、新法第千十八条第二項において準用する新法第六百四十八条第三項及び第六百四十八条の二の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
