附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The government is to conduct a review of the form the system concerning the prohibition of remarriage should take, approximately three years after this Act comes into effect, taking into consideration the status of enforcement, etc. of the provisions as amended by this Act.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況等を勘案し、再婚禁止に係る制度の在り方について検討を加えるものとする。
