附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1966.
この法律は、昭和四十一年七月一日から施行する。
The provisions as amended by this Act also apply to matters that arose before each of the amending provisions came into effect; provided, however, that this does not preclude effects that arose under the provisions before amendment.
この法律による改正後の規定は、各改正規定の施行前に生じた事項にも適用する。ただし、改正前の規定により生じた効力を妨げない。
