附 則
This Act comes into effect on January 1, 1959.
この法律は、昭和三十四年一月一日から施行する。
For buildings and other structures that exist at the time this Act comes into effect, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の際現に存する建物その他の構築物については、第三条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
