附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Convention on the Conflicts of Laws Relating to the Formalities of Wills takes effect with respect to Japan.
この法律は、遺言の方式に関する法律の抵触に関する条約が日本国について効力を生ずる日から施行する。
