附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、附則第三項の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the requirements concerning the age of the person being adopted in a case for a decision on entering into a special adoption that is pending at the time this Act comes into effect, and the procedures for that case.
この法律の施行の際現に係属している特別養子縁組の成立の審判事件に関する養子となる者の年齢についての要件及び当該審判事件の手続については、なお従前の例による。
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
前項に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
