第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
The provisions of this Act come into effect on the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set out in those items:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
