A person who harbors or enables foreign nationals who fall under Article 24, item (i) or item (ii) to escape for the purpose of allowing them to avoid deportation, is punished with imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 3 million yen.
営利の目的で前項の罪を犯した者は、五年以下の拘禁刑及び五百万円以下の罰金に処する。
If a person commits the crime set forth in the preceding paragraph for the purpose of profit, the person is punished with imprisonment for not more than 5 years and a fine not exceeding 5 million yen.
前二項の罪の未遂は、罰する。
An attempt to commit the crime referred to in the preceding two paragraphs is punishable.
