入国警備官は、住居その他の建造物内で臨検、捜索、差押え又は記録命令付差押えをするときは、所有者、借主、管理者又はこれらの者に代わるべき者を立ち会わせなければならない。これらの者を立ち会わせることができないときは、隣人又は地方公共団体の職員を立ち会わせなければならない。
