Article 48-2Training Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 33, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act
The training specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 33, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act is the training listed in the following items.
法第三十三条第一項第二号に規定する厚生労働省令で定める訓練は、次の各号に掲げる訓練とする。
educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act;
法第六十条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練
educational training that meets the standards listed in the items of the Standards Determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as Prescribed in Article 100-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Public Notice No. 435 of 2016); and
雇用保険法施行規則第百条の二に規定する厚生労働大臣の定める基準（平成二十八年厚生労働省告示第四百三十五号）各号に掲げる基準に該当する教育訓練
in addition to what is listed in the preceding three items, training that an insured person or a person who was an insured person voluntarily takes and that the Director-General of the Employment Security Bureau specifies as contributing to stability of employment and promotion of employment in light of the content of the training.
