第百一条の二の八（法第六十条の二第四項の厚生労働省令で定める額）
Article 101-2-8Amounts Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, Paragraph (4) of the Act
The amounts specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, paragraph (4) of the Act are, according to the categories of persons set out in the following items, the amounts specified respectively in those items.
法第六十条の二第四項の厚生労働省令で定める額は、次の各号に掲げる者の区分に応じ、それぞれ当該各号に定める額とする。
a person set out in item (i) of the preceding Article: 100,000 yen;
前条第一号に掲げる者 十万円
a person set out in item (ii) of the preceding Article: 200,000 yen;
前条第二号に掲げる者 二十万円
a person set out in item (iii) of the preceding Article: 250,000 yen;
前条第三号に掲げる者 二十五万円
a person set out in item (iv) of the preceding Article: 1,200,000 yen (the amount paid for each two consecutive payment unit periods (meaning payment unit periods prescribed in Article 101-2-13, paragraph (4); the same applies hereinafter in this Article) (where the day on which the person completed that specialized practical educational training falls within them and there are not two consecutive payment unit periods, one payment unit period) is limited to 400,000 yen, and the amount paid for each payment limit period is limited to 1,920,000 yen);
前条第四号に掲げる者 百二十万円（連続した二支給単位期間（第百一条の二の十三第四項に規定する支給単位期間をいう。以下この条において同じ。）（当該専門実践教育訓練を修了した日が属する場合であつて、支給単位期間が連続して二ないときは一支給単位期間）ごとに支給する額は、四十万円を限度とし、一の支給限度期間ごとに支給する額は、百九十二万円を限度とする。）
a person set out in item (v) of the preceding Article: 1,680,000 yen (the amount paid for each two consecutive payment unit periods (where the day on which the person completed that specialized practical educational training falls within them and there are not two consecutive payment unit periods, one payment unit period) is limited to 560,000 yen, and the amount paid for each payment limit period is limited to 1,920,000 yen);
a person set out in item (vi) of the preceding Article: 1,920,000 yen (the amount paid for each two consecutive payment unit periods (where the day on which the person completed that specialized practical educational training falls within them and there are not two consecutive payment unit periods, one payment unit period) is limited to 640,000 yen, and the amount paid for each payment limit period is limited to 1,920,000 yen).
The payment limit period in the preceding paragraph means one period until the day on which 10 years have elapsed from the basis day; provided, however, that this excludes, where there is another basis day (hereinafter referred to as a "second or later basis day" in this paragraph) within one payment limit period pertaining to that basis day, one period until the day on which 10 years have elapsed from that second or later basis day.
With regard to the application of the provisions of paragraph (1), items (iv) through (vi) to a person who is taking, among specialized practical educational training, educational training conducted by a registered dietitian training facility prescribed in Article 5-3, item (iv) of the Dietitians Act (Act No. 245 of 1947) or other educational training for which a four-year period of study is prescribed by the provisions of laws and regulations (hereinafter referred to as "long-term specialized practical educational training" in this Article) and who falls under all of the following items, the phrases "1,200,000 yen" and "1,920,000 yen" in item (iv) of that paragraph are deemed to be replaced with "1,600,000 yen" and "2,560,000 yen", respectively; the phrases "1,680,000 yen" and "1,920,000 yen" in item (v) of that paragraph are deemed to be replaced with "2,240,000 yen" and "2,560,000 yen", respectively; and the phrase "1,920,000 yen" in item (vi) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "2,560,000 yen".
専門実践教育訓練のうち栄養士法（昭和二十二年法律第二百四十五号）第五条の三第四号に規定する管理栄養士養成施設により行われる教育訓練その他の法令の規定により四年の修業年限が規定されている教育訓練（以下この条において「長期専門実践教育訓練」という。）を受講している者であつて、次の各号のいずれにも該当するものについての第一項第四号から第六号までの規定の適用については、同項第四号中「百二十万円」とあるのは「百六十万円」と、「百九十二万円」とあるのは「二百五十六万円」と、同項第五号中「百六十八万円」とあるのは「二百二十四万円」と、「百九十二万円」とあるのは「二百五十六万円」と、同項第六号中「百九十二万円」とあるのは「二百五十六万円」とする。

当該長期専門実践教育訓練の基準日から起算して三年が経過していること。
the basis day of that long-term specialized practical educational training is the first day of the payment limit period prescribed in the preceding paragraph;
当該長期専門実践教育訓練の基準日が、前項に規定する支給限度期間の初日であること。
the daily amount of the wage in the payment unit period that includes the day on which 30 months have elapsed counting from the basis day of that long-term specialized practical educational training is less than the lowest of the amounts of the daily amount of wages by which 50/100 (in the case where applied with the replacement under Article 16, paragraph (2) of the Act, 45/100) is to be multiplied in calculating the daily amount of the basic allowance under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Act.
当該長期専門実践教育訓練の基準日から起算して三十箇月を経過する日の属する支給単位期間における賃金の日額が、法第十六条第一項の規定による基本手当の日額の算定に当たつて百分の五十（同条第二項により読み替えて適用する場合にあつては、百分の四十五）を乗ずることとされている賃金日額の額のうち最も低額なもの未満であること。
