Article 101-2-6Scope of Expenses Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, Paragraph (4) of the Act
The scope of expenses specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, paragraph (4) of the Act is as set out in the following items.
法第六十条の二第四項の厚生労働省令で定める費用の範囲は、次の各号に掲げるものとする。
the admission fee and tuition fee (excluding those for which short-term training attendance expenses have been received);
入学料及び受講料（短期訓練受講費の支給を受けているものを除く。）
where the person has received career consulting (meaning career consulting prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (5) of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act (Act No. 64 of 1969); the same applies hereinafter) provided by a career consultant (meaning a career consultant prescribed in Article 30-3 of that Act; the same applies hereinafter) within one year before the start date of attendance of the general educational training prescribed in item (i) of the following Article, the expenses therefor (where that amount exceeds 20,000 yen, 20,000 yen).
