第二条（経過措置）
A seal, or a motor vehicle registration number plate to which a seal was affixed, that has actually been removed, at the time the provisions amending Article 11, paragraph (4) come into effect, with the permission of the Minister of Transport pursuant to the proviso to Article 11, paragraph (4) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act prior to the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") is deemed to have been removed on account of an unavoidable reason specified by Order of the Ministry of Transport in the proviso to Article 11, paragraph (4) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act after the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act").
第十一条第四項の改正規定の施行の際現にこの法律による改正前の道路運送車両法（以下「旧法」という。）第十一条第四項ただし書の規定により運輸大臣の許可を受けて取り外されている封印又は封印の取付けをした自動車登録番号標は、この法律による改正後の道路運送車両法（以下「新法」という。）第十一条第四項ただし書の運輸省令で定めるやむを得ない事由に該当して取り外されたものとみなす。
