Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions and Other Matters
第七条（罰則等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to conduct engaged in before this Act (or, for the provisions set forth in item (ii) of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, those provisions) comes into effect and to conduct engaged in after this Act comes into effect in the case where the provisions are to remain in force pursuant to Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
