Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Coordinating Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Residential Basic Book Act
第六条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
Where the day on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (referred to as the "item (i) effective date" in Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions) is on or after the day on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, etc. (Act No. 48 of 2023) comes into effect, the term "row 5-12 of Appended Table II, row 7-7 of Appended Table III, row 4-12 of Appended Table IV, and item (ix)-4 of Appended Table V" in the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "row 5-13 of Appended Table II, row 7-9 of Appended Table III, row 4-13 of Appended Table IV, and item (ix)-5 of Appended Table V".
附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の日（附則第八条において「第一号施行日」という。）が行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（令和五年法律第四十八号）の施行の日以後である場合には、前条中「別表第二の五の十二の項、別表第三の七の七の項、別表第四の四の十二の項及び別表第五第九号の四」とあるのは、「別表第二の五の十三の項、別表第三の七の九の項、別表第四の四の十三の項及び別表第五第九号の五」とする。
