Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning the Effect of Orders
第三条（命令の効力に関する経過措置）
A Cabinet Office Order under Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act for Establishment of the Cabinet Office, or a Ministerial Order under Article 12, paragraph (1) of the National Government Organization Act (Act No. 120 of 1948), issued under the provisions of the former laws and regulations is to have effect, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, after this Act comes into effect, as the equivalent Cabinet Office Order under Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act for Establishment of the Cabinet Office, or the equivalent Ministerial Order under Article 12, paragraph (1) of the National Government Organization Act, issued based on the equivalent provisions of the new laws and regulations.
