第六条（指定情報処理機関に関する経過措置）

施行日前に指定情報処理機関の指定がされた場合においては、指定情報処理機関は、新法第三十条の十第一項の規定にかかわらず、施行日の前日までの間は、同項第三号から第七号までに掲げる事務を行わないものとする。
