Where, after premiums are paid in advance pursuant to Article 93, paragraph (1) of the Act, the amount of the premium is to be raised before the period relating to the advance payment has elapsed, the portion of the premiums paid in advance that relates to the period after the raise in the amount of the premium is to be appropriated, in order from the earliest month, to the premium that comes to be payable for each month of that period.
法第九十三条第一項の規定により保険料が前納された後、前納に係る期間の経過前において保険料の額の引上げが行われることとなつた場合においては、前納された保険料のうち当該保険料の額の引上げが行われることとなつた後の期間に係るものは、当該期間の各月につき納付すべきこととなる保険料に、先に到来する月の分から順次充当するものとする。
