Article 6-6Students, etc. Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 90, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第六条の六（法第九十条第一項の政令で定める学生等）
The pupils or students specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 90, paragraph (1) of the Act are the following pupils or students:
法第九十条第一項に規定する生徒又は学生であつて政令で定めるものは、次に掲げる生徒又は学生とする。
A pupil enrolled in a junior high school prescribed in Article 45 of the School Education Act (Act No. 26 of 1947) (limited to one that gives classes at night or at other special times);
学校教育法（昭和二十二年法律第二十六号）第四十五条に規定する中学校（夜間その他特別の時間において授業を行うものに限る。）に在学する生徒
A pupil enrolled in a high school prescribed in Article 50 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第五十条に規定する高等学校に在学する生徒
A pupil enrolled in a secondary education school prescribed in Article 63 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第六十三条に規定する中等教育学校に在学する生徒
A pupil enrolled in a special needs education school prescribed in Article 72 of the School Education Act (limited to the high school course prescribed in Article 76, paragraph (2) of that Act);
学校教育法第七十二条に規定する特別支援学校（同法第七十六条第二項に規定する高等部に限る。）に在学する生徒
A student enrolled in a university prescribed in Article 83 of the School Education Act (including a graduate school prescribed in Article 97 of that Act);
学校教育法第八十三条に規定する大学（同法第九十七条に規定する大学院を含む。）に在学する学生
A student enrolled in a junior college prescribed in Article 108, paragraph (2) of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第百八条第二項に規定する短期大学に在学する学生
A student enrolled in a college of technology prescribed in Article 115 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第百十五条に規定する高等専門学校に在学する学生
A pupil or student enrolled in a specialized training college prescribed in Article 124 of the School Education Act;
学校教育法第百二十四条に規定する専修学校に在学する生徒又は学生
A pupil enrolled in a miscellaneous school prescribed in Article 134, paragraph (1) of the School Education Act (limited to one who is taking a course whose period of study is one year or more);
学校教育法第百三十四条第一項に規定する各種学校に在学する生徒（修業年限が一年以上である課程を履修する者に限る。）
A pupil or student enrolled in an educational institution specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as equivalent to the educational institutions prescribed in the preceding items.
前各号に規定する教育施設に準ずるものとして厚生労働省令で定める教育施設に在学する生徒又は学生
