In addition to what is provided for in Article 14-14, procedures for the request under Article 9-4-7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act and other matters necessary for the application of the provisions of that Article (excluding paragraph (11)) are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
第十四条の十四に定めるもののほか、法附則第九条の四の七第一項の申出の手続その他同条（第十一項を除く。）の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、厚生労働省令で定める。
