Article 11-9Bodies Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 109-3, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第十一条の九（法第百九条の三第一項の政令で定める団体）
The bodies specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 109-3, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows:
法第百九条の三第一項に規定する政令で定める団体は、次のとおりとする。
a body whose members are bodies whose members are insured persons engaged in the same kind of business or work; and
同種の事業又は業務に従事する被保険者を構成員とする団体を構成員とする団体
a body whose members are juridical persons that carry out the same kind of business.
同種の事業を行う法人を構成員とする団体
