Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
The provisions of Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (d) of the New Immigration Control Act apply to a person who, on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect, has been punished for a crime under Article 23, paragraph (1) (excluding item (vi)) through paragraph (3) of the Passport Act as amended by Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Passport Act and the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes and Control of Crime Proceeds.
新入管法第二十四条第四号ニの規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に旅券法及び組織的な犯罪の処罰及び犯罪収益の規制等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律第一条による改正後の旅券法第二十三条第一項（第六号を除く。）から第三項までの罪により刑に処せられた者について適用する。
