第二条（第一条の規定による出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the denial of landing prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 for a person who was deported from Japan before this Act comes into effect for falling under any of the items of Article 24 (excluding item (iv), sub-items (l) through (o) and item (iv)-3) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に第一条の規定による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法第二十四条各号（第四号オからヨまで及び第四号の三を除く。）のいずれかに該当して本邦から退去を強制された者に対する第一条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法第五条第一項に規定する上陸の拒否については、なお従前の例による。
