Article 52-6Loss of Effect of Decisions on Supervision Measures

第五十二条の六（監理措置決定の失効）

A decision on supervision measures ceases to be effective if the written deportation order issued to the person under supervision measures ceases to be effective.

監理措置決定は、被監理者に対する退去強制令書が効力を失つたときは、その効力を失う。

A supervising immigration inspector's decision to place a foreign national under supervision measures instead of detention, or to release a detained person and place them under those measures.
