第二条（経過措置）
An application or any other act (hereinafter referred to as an "application or other act" in this Article) that has actually been made at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect using a form prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the former Regulation") is deemed to be an application or other act made using the corresponding form prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation").
この省令の施行の際現に行われているこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）に規定する様式による申請その他の行為（以下この条において「申請等の行為」という。）は、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）に規定する相当様式による申請等の行為とみなす。
