第十七条（改正前国共済法による退職共済年金等の支給の停止に関する特例）
The provisions of Article 46 of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act and the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to the suspension of payment of the benefits in the form of a pension specified by Cabinet Order in Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions. In this case, the technical replacement of terms necessary for the application and other necessary matters are specified by Cabinet Order.
改正後厚生年金保険法第四十六条の規定並びに附則第十三条第一項及び第十四条の規定は、同条第一項の政令で定める年金たる給付の支給の停止について準用する。この場合において、必要な読替えその他必要な事項は、政令で定める。
The provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (2) and Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to the suspension of payment of the benefits in the form of a pension specified by Cabinet Order in Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions.
