A judicial decision for a non-contentious case under the provisions of this Act must append the reason thereof;provided, however, that this does not apply to the following judicial decisions:
この法律の規定による非訟事件についての裁判には、理由を付さなければならない。ただし、次に掲げる裁判については、この限りでない。
the judicial decision set forth in Article 870, paragraph (1), item (i); and
第八百七十条第一項第一号に掲げる裁判
the judicial decisions set forth in the items of Article 874.
