Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2025; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 1 revising Article 8 of the Act on Self-Reliance Support for Persons in Need, the provisions of Article 2 revising the table of contents of the Public Assistance Act (limited to the part revising "school enrollment preparation benefit" to "school enrollment and job-search preparation benefit"), and the provisions revising the title of Chapter VIII, Article 55-5, Article 55-6, Article 57 through Article 59, Article 64, Article 65, paragraph (1), Article 66, paragraph (1), Article 70, item (v), Article 71, item (v), Article 73, items (iii) and (iv), Article 75, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 76-3, Article 78, paragraph (3), Article 81-2, paragraph (1), Article 85, paragraph (2), and Appended Table 1 of that Act; and the provisions of Article 3, and Article 5 through Article 9, of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation.
第一条中生活困窮者自立支援法第八条の改正規定、第二条中生活保護法目次の改正規定（「進学準備給付金」を「進学・就職準備給付金」に改める部分に限る。）並びに同法第八章の章名、第五十五条の五、第五十五条の六、第五十七条から第五十九条まで、第六十四条、第六十五条第一項、第六十六条第一項、第七十条第五号、第七十一条第五号、第七十三条第三号及び第四号、第七十五条第一項第二号、第七十六条の三、第七十八条第三項、第八十一条の二第一項、第八十五条第二項並びに別表第一の改正規定並びに附則第三条及び第五条から第九条までの規定 公布の日
